Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
